Vaporizing Vs Smoking – Are They Dangerous?
A vaporizer is a small, battery powered electronic cigarette that uses a power vapour charger to mimic the act of smoking. It usually consists of a glass tank, a base unit just like a cap or cartridge, an atomiser and a microchip or LED screen. Rather than tobacco, the user breathes in vapour instead. Therefore, using a vaporizer is generally known as “vaping”.
The vapour charger is used to start up the device and get it running. The vaporiser then gets hotter the liquids in order that it could be breathed in by an individual. The vapour then travels through the lungs in to the blood stream where it could be exhaled. Many vapers believe this is the safest way of smoking as there is absolutely no ash or nicotine to analyse or remove from the lungs. The only real byproduct of Vaping is some chemicals which are released into the air. These Puff Bar Flavors are usually harmless, but they can be irritating to people with respiratory problems.
Many manufacturers create a selection of Vape products. Only 1 / 2 of the group noticed a significant reduction in just how much they smoked. It seems that the chemicals inhaled by the Vape user are absorbed into the lungs and may be doing damage to the cells of the lungs. That is probably why Vaping has been viewed as an alternative to smoking.
Another reason some declare that Vaping is dangerous to the lungs is because Vaping does not remove all the smoke from the lungs. When using a normal, brominated matchstick Vape you will observe that the smoke does not completely escape. Simply because the matchstick is held in the mouth for a period. The excess smoke that gets exhaled out is expelled through the mouthpiece. On the other hand, by using an E-Cigarette the excess smoke is inhaled immediately and almost completely bypasses the lungs. The E-Cigarette simply gets rid of the smoke.
So, could it be safe to inhale vapor containing harmful chemicals when using E-Cigs? That is largely unproven as well. The best way to know whether Vaporizing is harmful to the lungs is to simply ask others who utilize them. You may notice that a lot of people who use these devices haven’t noticed any ill effects; it could simply be that they are a sensitive bunch.
So to conclude, while both smoking and E-Cigarette use carry similar health risks, there is one major difference between the two. Nicotine in cigarettes is far more addictive than vaporizing. Also, it seems that E-Cigarettes do not increase the risks of cancer just like the liquids do. However, in general Vaporizing seems to be a wholesome alternative.
The truth is that both smoking and E-Cigarette use carry risks that aren’t present with vaporizing. The crucial thing to bear in mind is that vaporizing is merely a safer alternative. Many of the toxins found in cigarettes can damage the developing brains of children. Since vaporizing has no such damaging components, it seems to be a far better choice for everybody.
